The awarded project involved the construction of a 330-ton chute support framing system for a mine expansion. This system featured robust connections and multiple chutes, meticulously designed to facilitate efficient operations within the industrial environment. A standout feature of the project was the cantilevered section of the framework, ingeniously crafted to create a visually appealing walkway encircling the surge bin. This achievement was made possible through the strategic placement of skewed supports, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.

Utilization of SDS2:

SDS2 automated a significant portion of the shear connections, expediting the design process and ensuring accuracy in structural detailing.
